Short Reed Goose Calls choices.
MEDUSA SR- This call is a little longer with a larger bore. It is a very responsive call and works great on all geese from small to large. It has a very goosy sound that is good for the beginner as well as the experienced caller. This call takes very little air or back pressure and has good volume and a more mellow tone. It is a good choice for the caller that does not have a lot of air or wants something that wont turn them blue in the face.

SIREN SR- This is another short reed that takes very little air to run. Good all around call with good volume and tone. This call is a midsized call with a smaller bore and requires very little back pressure and is good on small geese.

BANSHEE SR- This short reed call is shorter and has great volume. A very nice sharp tone and is a very good all around call. It is a call that works great for the caller that puts a lot of air in a call. It is a very quick and responsive call.

GOOSE GUTS- The guts in my goose calls are my own design and are field proven. I pour each gut one by one. The reeds are also my design and are made of grade A mylar that is top quality. All the calls come with 2 extra reeds that are unshaved and the call itself will come with a shaved reed in place and tuned.

MEDUSA- This call is an all purpose call and works well from soft feeding calls to loud hail calls. Choice of single or double reed.

SIREN- This call is a timber/marsh call a very seductive sweet sounding lower volume call. Choice of single or double reed.

BANSHEE- This call is an open water call that has great volume and top end capabilities. This call is a single reed call only.

BLUE COLLAR CALL- This call is an all purpose call and made from either Walnut or Black Locust. Choice of single or double reed. Duck call comes with1 extra reed and cork; Goose call comes with 2 extra reeds.

Custom calls are also available in special acrylic colors and wood combinations. They can also be made to customers style of calling(more air, less air, shorter, longer, larger or smaller depending on the size of the callers hands) Please call or email with special requests on calls.

The three most widely used woods for call making.

AFRICAN BLACKWOOD - One of the best woods for making a call. It is extremely heavy and dense. Because of this the sounds are very clear, crisp, and can be heard at a greater distance. The wood has a very high oil content, thus making it very resistant to the effects of moisture. Due to its availability it is not used as much as Cocobolo.

COCOBOLO - The next best wood for call making. It is not as dense as African Blackwood, but it is very close. Cocobolo also has a very high oil content which makes it very resistant to the effects of moisture. This wood is one of the most widely used in call making it produces a very clear and crisp sound which travels well.

BOCOTE - This is a slightly more porous wood than Cocobolo, but it still has a high oil content. This still makes it moisture resistant. This wood is a popular choice for call makers due to its density, sounding ability, and stability.
